Mec Dynamic is established in 2014 in Ariano nel Polesine (RO), by people with a twenty-year experience in the mechanical carpentry and shipbuilding. Management reliability and team operational flexibility allow Mec Dynamic to achieve important results, particularly in term of new collaborations with bigger players of the industry. A year afterward the company decide to establish a new production site in Porto Viro (RO), in order to increase the iron structures business, while enabling a new inox and aluminium structures production in Ariano nel Polesine.

Over time the reliability of the company becomes stronger, and the management create a new project: a service of manteinance and planned revision of industrial plants. Mec Dynamic start to invest in professional qualification of the personnel, to operate in every type of industrial sector. The choice is the right one: it increases the request from well-known companies of food industry, building installation, energetics, shipbuilding, hydraulics and cosmetics.

The Mec Dynamic service has no work-time, neither borders: our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Italy and abroad.

Currently the company is able to deliver full works and individual pieces of equipment. The manufacturing is about: welded construcions of heavy and light carpentry (trusses, basements, piping, conveyor belts and loading hoppers), shipbuilding, piping of various diameters (high and low pressure), hydraulics and building installation.

Production

Welding: the welding area is divided into workstations with TIG and MIG welders, to weld iron, inox and aluminium, with and without supply of material. It is possible to process different thicknesses, thanks to a high range of amperage.

Punching: for high drillings and deformation works.

Other machinery: plasma cutting, shear, four rolls calender, edge bander, tube bending machine, drill, tapping machine, numerical control saw, milling cutters.
